Join us for an interactive session where we will explore:
- What are the origins of Tikkun Leil, the tradition of staying up all night to study on Shavuot?
- Were the Israelites night owls or early birds, and should we follow their example as we prepare to receive and live out the words of Torah?
- How can considering rest and wakefulness help us mark Shavuot, and enact our values in Makor Hayim and the wider world?
We'd love you to join the session in person or online, participate in some epic Jewish learning, and generate some of the rituals and activities for Shavuot this year (with no need to volunteer for anything unless you want to).
Please RSVP so we can prepare enough food (!) and so we can know who's joining online too.
