Kabbalat Shabbat Service - 22nd May

End the week with a Kabbalat Shabbat service led by Rabbi Daniel.

In honour of Jonathan's bar mitzvah on Saturday, this week's Friday service will include a special conversation with Rabbi Daniel and Professor Melissa Raphael, called 'Towards a Messianic Theology for the Age of Global Pandemic'.

Melissa Raphael is a professor of theology at Leo Baeck College and the Universities of Gloucestershire and Chichester. She is a pioneering post-Holocaust feminist theologian, and her new book is called Religion, Feminism and Idoloclasm: Being and Becoming in the Women's Liberation Movement.
